Vice President of Business Analysis

Role Description The Vice President of Business Analysis is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the business analysis function and shaping data-driven strategies across the organization. This role oversees the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of business processes, ensuring they align with organizational goals and customer needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include directing complex analysis initiatives, defining and validating business requirements, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership. The Vice President will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives, develop performance metrics, and monitor key business outcomes. This role also involves mentoring business analysts, establishing analysis standards and best practices, and supporting strategic planning and change management efforts.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and proven experience in business analysis, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate clear insights.
Expertise in defining and managing business requirements and business processes to support organizational strategy and operational efficiency.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present analytical findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Experience leading business analysis teams or functions, including mentoring, setting standards, and driving continuous improvement.
Background in consumer services or related industries is beneficial, with familiarity in remote collaboration and digital tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines.
