Project Manager

Role: Project Manager
Scope of the Role: Coordination and completion of projects on time and within scope and oversee all aspects of project delivery. The project manager will be responsible to monitor and summarize progress of project, coordinate with internal teams for Project delivery and keep senior management updated regarding status of project.
Responsibilities:
Customer Onboarding and Customized Projects Delivery
Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible with client requirements tehnical feasibility.
Work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope.
Assist clients to use our platform services like APIs, panels, etc to onboard them successfully.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible with client requirements.
Conduct product demo wherever needed.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Provide guidance to client while delivery of the project and assist the customer in conducting UAT .
Monitor project status while in development and provide required assistance to developers and report to relevant stakeholders on the status of the project.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Technical / Qualification Skills Required -
- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/M.E.
- Engineer / Development Work experience in the past if any
- 7-8 years experience in Project Management or Technical Support or Development preferably from a SAAS based organization
