Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Architect with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our Architecture team. The ideal candidate should have strong design and technical skills, hands-on experience in BIM/Revit, and the ability to work collaboratively on multidisciplinary projects. Candidates with aviation (airport) project experience will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural designs, drawings, and construction documentation.
Prepare BIM/Revit models and coordinate with structural and MEP disciplines.
Produce design presentations, reports, and technical specifications.
Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Participate in design coordination meetings and resolve technical issues.
Support project delivery from concept through construction.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD.
Working knowledge of BIM workflows and interdisciplinary coordination.
Good understanding of building construction, materials, and relevant codes.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized university.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
Experience in consultancy firms will be preferred.
