We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on Observability and Production Engineering, rather than a pure developer. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building monitoring solutions, creating dashboards, alerting frameworks, deployment automation, and troubleshooting production issues.
Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Production Support Engineering.
Strong expertise in CI/CD pipeline development and deployment automation (highest priority).
Hands-on experience with Observability tools such as Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, Grafana, etc.
Experience in creating dashboards, metrics, alerts, and monitoring solutions for applications and infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes/EKS and containerized environments.
Experience managing rollouts, rollbacks, deployment strategy, and release management.
Ability to read, analyze, and improve application dashboards to identify performance and stability issues.
Strong production troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle incidents and root cause analysis.
Experience working across AWS, Kubernetes, Hybrid Cloud, and On-Prem environments.
Good understanding of SRE practices, system reliability, availability, and automation.
Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, platform teams, product teams, and stakeholders.
