Role Description The Business Operations Intern will support day-to-day operational activities across key business functions, including process documentation, data collection, and basic analysis to improve efficiency and service delivery. This internship role is on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, where the intern will coordinate with internal teams, assist in preparing reports and presentations, and help streamline workflows related to cybersecurity and compliance projects. The intern will also contribute to customer service tasks such as responding to inquiries, tracking follow-ups, and maintaining records in relevant tools or systems. Additionally, the role involves supporting business analysis initiatives, learning standard operating procedures, and providing administrative assistance to operations leadership as needed.
Qualifications
Strong foundational skills in Business Operations and Business Analysis to support process improvement and documentation.
Well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and generating basic insights.
Effective Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication for internal and external stakeholders.
Customer Service orientation, with the ability to respond professionally to inquiries and maintain positive stakeholder interactions.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort working with data.
Interest in cybersecurity, compliance, or technology services; prior exposure through coursework or projects is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team environment.
