Responsibilities.
Create engaging content for social media platforms.
Develop, shoot and edit content ideas, concepts, scripts, captions, and creative campaigns.
Create or coordinate photos, videos, reels, graphics, and other visual content.
Manage and maintain a consistent content calendar.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams.
Monitor content performance using relevant analytics and suggest improvements.
Ensure all content follows the company's brand voice and guidelines.
Stay updated with social media trends, formats, algorithms, and emerging content platforms.
Key skills.
Strong creativity and storytelling ability.
Knowledge of social media platforms and content trends.
Good photography, videography, or video-editing skills.
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
Good research, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, English, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a related role is an advantage.
A portfolio of previous work is preferred.
