International Partnerships Coordinator

Aubrey Academy, a Ministry inspected Ontario private online high school, is seeking a motivated Partnerships Coordinator to grow our international school network.
About the Role
You will identify and reach out to international schools, as well as schools looking to internationalize their offerings, and introduce them to the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD). You will educate school leaders on how the OSSD works, why it is one of the most globally recognized secondary credentials, and how a partnership with Aubrey Academy allows their students to earn Ontario credits and graduate with an OSSD without leaving their home school.
Responsibilities
• Research and build a pipeline of international schools and education providers in target markets
• Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to school owners, principals, and academic directors
• Clearly explain the OSSD, credit system, and partnership models to prospective partners
• Book and support discovery calls, and guide schools from first contact to signed partnership
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, follow ups, and pipeline status
• Represent Aubrey Academy professionally in all communications
What We're Looking For
• Experience in sales, business development, or partnership outreach, ideally in education or international student recruitment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset
• Ability to explain a credential or academic program clearly to non experts
• Self starter who is comfortable working remotely and independently
• Familiarity with the OSSD or Ontario education system is a strong asset but not required; training provided
Compensation
Base pay plus uncapped commission on each signed school partnership. Earning potential grows directly with your results.
