Human Resources Executive

About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Executive to manage recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations at AtomicAds.
This role will have a strong focus on Talent Acquisition, especially technical hiring, along with onboarding, HR documentation, employee engagement and HR operations.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience sourcing and hiring for technical roles and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing AdTech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Technical Hiring
Own sourcing and recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles.
Prior experience in technical hiring and sourcing is mandatory.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, Foundit and other relevant platforms.
Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Understand job requirements and identify relevant technical profiles.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, feedback and hiring priorities.
Track recruitment metrics, candidate status and hiring progress.
Support offer discussions, reference checks and joining formalities.
Help improve sourcing strategies and identify new channels for finding quality talent.
HR Operations:
Manage onboarding and induction for new employees and interns.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases and trackers.
Support employment documentation, contracts and other HR documentation.
Maintain employee data and ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
Coordinate offboarding and exit documentation when required.
Support day-to-day HR processes and ensure timely closure of HR-related tasks.
Employee Experience & Culture:
Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
Coordinate internal events, activities and celebrations.
Support internal HR communication.
Be approachable for basic employee queries and ensure employees are connected with the right point of contact.
Help create a positive and professional employee experience.
Must-Have Skills:
1-3 years of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition.
Hands-on experience in technical hiring and candidate sourcing is mandatory.
Strong understanding of technical recruitment and ability to identify relevant technology profiles.
Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, Foundit or similar hiring platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate management.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with Google Workspace, spreadsheets and HR tools.
Proactive mindset with strong ownership and follow-through.
Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
Good to Have:
Experience hiring for technology, SaaS, AdTech or startup companies.
Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
Exposure to employer branding and LinkedIn recruitment.
Experience supporting employee engagement and culture initiatives.
