Role Description The HR Intern will support the Human Resources function in an on-site, full-time role based in Bengaluru. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes. The intern will help maintain employee records, support HR documentation, and contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Additional tasks may include assisting with employee engagement initiatives, organizing training sessions, and supporting payroll and benefits administration. The role offers exposure to HR operations in a corporate advisory environment and the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
Candidates should possess understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and basic employee relations.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accuracy, and handle confidential information responsibly.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with HR-related software or databases.
Demonstrated interest in corporate advisory or professional services environments is an advantage.
