Job Summary
We are seeking a Website & E-commerce Executive to manage and maintain our online store, ensuring a seamless customer experience and smooth day-to-day website operations. The role involves website updates, product management, performance monitoring, analytics, and coordination with internal teams and external partners to drive online growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day website operations and ensure website uptime, functionality, and performance.
Update website content, product listings, collections, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor website analytics, sales performance, and customer behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
Coordinate with developers, designers, and third-party vendors for website enhancements and issue resolution.
Optimize website user experience, conversion rates, and checkout processes.
Manage integrations with payment gateways, CRM, ERP, and other e-commerce tools.
Ensure website content accuracy, security, and compliance with company standards.
Requirements
0–1 years of experience in E-commerce, Website Management, or Digital Operations.
Basic knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar e-commerce platforms.
Understanding of website management, analytics, and SEO fundamentals.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and other digital reporting tools is preferred.
