Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager (Entry Level) role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day operations for assigned properties, including coordinating check-ins and check-outs, supervising housekeeping and maintenance, and ensuring properties meet JadeCaps’ quality and safety standards. The role involves communicating with guests and owners, resolving on-site issues, and supporting a consistently positive guest experience. The Property Manager will monitor property performance, assist with basic documentation and reporting, and collaborate closely with internal teams to implement standard operating procedures. This position is ideal for individuals starting their career in hospitality or property management who are eager to learn, take ownership, and grow within a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a customer-focused approach to working with guests, owners, and vendors.
Basic operational and organizational skills, such as time management, task prioritization, and attention to detail in property inspections and documentation.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities to handle on-site issues, last-minute changes, and guest concerns calmly and effectively.
Comfort with using mobile apps and digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and coordination; openness to learning AI-driven and PMS systems.
Ability to work on-site across multiple properties in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with flexibility for occasional weekend or evening shifts.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in hospitality, business, real estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for strong entry-level candidates.
Prior internship or experience in hospitality, property management, customer service, or operations is an advantage.
Professional demeanor, reliability, and willingness to follow standardized processes while contributing ideas for improvement.
