Enterprise Hunter (Technology Services)
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (Candidate must be based in the DFW area)
Travel: Approximately 25% travel across Texas and other locations as required for client meetings, business development, networking events, and industry conferences.
About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Hunter to drive new business growth by acquiring enterprise customers and expanding our presence across Texas and other strategic markets.
This is a true hunter role. You will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, building executive relationships, creating qualified opportunities, and converting them into long-term technology services engagements.
This is not an account management, customer success, or farming role. We are looking for someone who enjoys opening new doors, creating opportunities from scratch, and consistently generating revenue through new logo acquisition.
The successful candidate must be based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and will serve as our local business development leader while developing opportunities wherever business needs arise. You should be comfortable working independently, leveraging your professional network, attending industry events, and building relationships with enterprise decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
Identify, qualify, and pursue new enterprise customers across Texas, with flexibility to develop opportunities in other regions based on business needs.
Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on acquiring new logos.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through self-generated prospecting and relationship building.
Own the complete business development lifecycle from prospecting through deal closure.
Executive Relationship Building
Establish relationships with C-level executives, business leaders, procurement teams, and technology decision-makers.
Navigate complex enterprise organizations to identify stakeholders, influencers, and buying centers.
Build credibility through consultative engagement and strategic business conversations.
Pipeline Generation
Generate opportunities through networking, referrals, executive outreach, cold prospecting, industry events, and strategic introductions.
Create opportunities independently rather than relying on inbound leads.
Consistently develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities.
Consultative Selling
Understand customer business challenges and position technology services that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Collaborate with leadership, solution architects, and delivery teams to develop compelling customer solutions.
Lead commercial discussions, proposals, negotiations, and contract execution.
Market Intelligence
Monitor industry trends, organizational changes, technology investments, and competitive activity.
Identify emerging customer needs and convert market intelligence into qualified business opportunities.
Internal Collaboration
Partner closely with leadership, delivery teams, pre-sales, and solution architects throughout the sales cycle.
Ensure the right internal stakeholders are engaged at the appropriate stage to maximize the likelihood of winning new business.
Required Qualifications
7–12 years of enterprise sales, business development, or client partnership experience within the technology services or IT consulting industry.
Proven success selling technology services, including one or more of the following:
IT Consulting
Digital Engineering
Cloud Services
AI & Data Solutions
Application Development

Professional Services
Demonstrated success acquiring new enterprise customers (new logos) and consistently exceeding revenue targets.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience collaborating with delivery, engineering, and solution consulting teams.
Must be based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metropolitan area.
Willingness to travel approximately 25% for customer meetings, business development, and industry events.
Preferred Qualifications
Existing network within the Dallas–Fort Worth enterprise business community.
Experience selling services to Fortune 1000 or large enterprise customers.
Familiarity with digital transformation, cloud modernization, AI, data, cybersecurity, or enterprise application services.

Ideal Candidate
You are a driven enterprise sales professional who thrives on creating opportunities where none exist. You enjoy opening doors, building executive relationships, and winning new business through a consultative approach. If you're energized by prospecting, developing executive relationships, and bringing new enterprise customers to the business, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact while helping shape our growth in Texas and beyond
