Role Description The Data Analyst will work remote in NJ in a full-time capacity, transforming operational and customer interaction data into clear, actionable insights. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple systems, building reports and dashboards to track performance of voice agents and automated workflows, and supporting data-driven decisions across product and operations. The role involves developing and maintaining data models, performing statistical analyses, and identifying trends and opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience. The Data Analyst will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and client-facing teams to define metrics, translate business questions into analytical approaches, and present findings in a clear and accessible way.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and demonstrated experience in data analytics to interpret complex datasets and generate insights.
Knowledge of statistics and applied statistical methods for hypothesis testing, forecasting, and performance measurement.
Experience with data modeling and designing data structures that support reporting, dashboards, and scalable analysis.
Effective communication skills to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
Proficiency with data tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI platforms such as Tableau or Power BI) and familiarity with scripting languages like Python or R is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working with operational, customer support, or workflow automation data is a plus.
Ability to work on-site in Secaucus, NJ and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and data quality.
