About LUHO
LUHO runs nine serviced homes across Bengaluru, each with a live-in butler, home-cooked meals and hotel-level care. Most of our guests are corporate travellers who stay with us for days or weeks. We want every one of them to feel looked after, and we want the world to hear about it from them.
The role
You'll be the face and voice of LUHO. You'll meet guests, host events, bring in influencers, and turn everyday life at LUHO into content people want to follow. You'll be employed full-time by LUHO and work with Talking Ants Media, our content and brand partner, who will guide the creative direction, content plan and quality bar.
What you'll do
Post on LUHO's social media every day: reels, stories, photos and short updates from our homes
Meet guests across properties, check in on their stay and build rapport
Collect testimonials on video, in writing and as reviews, and make it easy for happy guests to share their experience
Spot moments worth sharing, like a birthday surprise, a long-stay guest's routine, or a butler going the extra mile
Plan and host events at LUHO homes, such as guest dinners, networking evenings, workshops, festive get-togethers and pop-ups, from idea to guest list to the night itself
Promote events online and offline, and fill them with the right mix of guests, corporate contacts and local community
Find and bring in influencers and creators whose audience fits LUHO, then invite them for stays or events and manage the collaboration end to end
Grow a community around LUHO: repeat guests, corporate contacts, creators and online followers
Pass guest feedback to the LUHO team so issues get fixed quickly
Follow the content calendar and brand guidelines from Talking Ants, and share weekly updates on what's working
Working hours
Your day follows our guests. Mornings start early, when guests are heading out, and evenings are when they're back, relaxed, and when most events happen. The middle of the day is yours to plan: edit content, reach out to creators, schedule posts, or take a break. We care about output, not desk time.
Who we're looking for
Confident, presentable and at ease starting a conversation with anyone, from a CXO to a first-time traveller
Strong spoken communication in English; Kannada or Hindi is a must
A natural people person who is warm, observant and genuinely curious about others
Comfortable on camera and good at getting others comfortable on camera
Good at organising: can plan an event, manage vendors and invites, and make sure it runs smoothly on the day
Comfortable reaching out to influencers and creators, or already connected to Bengaluru's creator scene
Handy with a phone for shooting and basic editing (CapCut, InShot, Instagram tools)
Self-driven and responsible with flexible hours
1–3 years in social media, hospitality, events, community management or guest relations preferred; freshers with a strong personal profile are welcome
Own two-wheeler preferred for moving between properties
