We’re Hiring: Social Media & Content Intern
Over the next three months, we are preparing Shiksha Mitra for its public launch.
Shiksha Mitra is an education-technology platform being built to strengthen teachers’ careers, improve school hiring and connect teachers, schools, students and parents through one trusted ecosystem.
Before the product launches, our immediate goal is to build a credible social-media presence and a meaningful community of teachers and school leaders.
We are looking for a Social Media & Content Intern who can help us build this presence from the beginning.
Key responsibilities:
• Assist in planning content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook
• Convert educational ideas and founder-led videos into engaging Reels, carousels and posts
• Edit short-form videos with captions, B-roll, music and clean transitions
• Write clear captions in English and Hinglish
• Research teacher problems, education trends and relevant content ideas
• Support community engagement, webinar promotion and performance tracking
• Maintain a consistent content calendar and brand identity
Ideal candidate:
• Understands Instagram Reels and short-form content
• Has working knowledge of Canva and CapCut or similar editing tools
• Can write clearly and communicate ideas effectively
• Is interested in education, teachers, careers or EdTech
• Is creative, dependable and willing to learn through execution
• Can share previous work, sample content or a portfolio
Internship details:
• Duration: 3 months
• Type: Paid internship
• Work mode: Hybrid; candidates from Indore, Thandla or nearby areas will be preferred
• Strong remote candidates with a good portfolio may also apply
• Opportunity for a full-time role based on performance and business requirements
