Job Title: Project Manager – Millwork & Furniture Design
Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Experience: 14-18 Years
Education: BE / B. Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering
Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Define project scope, schedules, resources, and execution plans.
Manage client relationships, understand requirements, and provide regular project updates.
Coordinate with design teams, site engineers, consultants, and clients for seamless project execution.
Review architectural drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality standards are maintained.
Monitor project progress, team productivity, and resource utilization.
Prepare status reports, manage stakeholder communication, and oversee project handover and closure.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of millwork, kiosks, and furniture design, particularly for retail, food service, office, and hospitality projects.
Expertise in wood joinery techniques, fittings, and buyout selection.
Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SolidWorks and Autodesk Inventor.
Good understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost-control skills.
Ability to identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Experience coordinating offshore and onsite teams and managing international clients.
Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership abilities with a client-focused approach.
