Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3–6 years of experience in recruitment and client handling.
The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, client coordination, requirement management, and hiring delivery, while acting as a Client SPOC for assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining.
Act as the Client SPOC for assigned recruitment requirements.
Understand client requirements and deliver relevant profiles within agreed TAT/SLA.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews and feedback.
Manage offer negotiations, candidate engagement, and joining follow-ups.
Build strong client and candidate relationships.
Maintain recruitment pipelines and drive positions toward closure.
Provide regular recruitment updates and ensure quality and timely delivery.
Required Skills
3–6 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Strong Client Handling / Client SPOC experience
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Professional and confident approach
Strong sourcing and candidate management skills
Proactive and ownership-driven attitude
Passion for Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Good stakeholder management and negotiation skills
