Talent Acquisition & Staffing Consultant

BELEN Network is seeking motivated professionals interested in recruiting, staffing, and talent acquisition.
This independent contractor opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys reviewing resumes, communicating with candidates, coordinating interviews, and helping qualified talent move through the hiring process.
Responsibilities
Review resumes against active job requirements
Identify qualified candidates for available opportunities
Conduct or support candidate pre-screening
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain accurate candidate notes and recruiting activity
Support recruiting for private-sector and government contract opportunities
Prepare qualified candidates for submission to hiring decision-makers
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Comfortable reviewing resumes and job descriptions
Professional and responsive when communicating with candidates
Interest or experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, workforce development, sales, or customer service
Comfortable using online recruiting and scheduling tools
Compensation & Contractor Structure
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with commission-based compensation only.
Compensation is earned based on eligible successful recruiting outcomes and placements, according to the applicable contractor agreement.
Independent contractors manage their own schedule, methods, workspace, equipment, taxes, and business expenses.
Location
This opportunity may be performed remotely, subject to applicable independent contractor requirements.
