Human Resources Business Partner

We have been retained by a tech firm to hire a HR Generalist for Multi location in India.
What You'll Need
10+ years of progressive HR Business Partnering and Employee Relations experience, with significant experience supporting diverse employee populations in India, particularly within fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
Proven experience partnering with Engineering, Technology, Commercial, or business-facing teams, providing strategic and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle.
Deep expertise in employment law, employee relations frameworks, workplace investigations, and consultation requirements, with the ability to balance business needs while mitigating organizational risk.
Demonstrated success independently managing the full lifecycle of complex employee relations cases, including intake, investigation, documentation, stakeholder management, resolution, and post-case recommendations.
Extensive experience handling sensitive and high-volume ER matters, including workplace conflict, misconduct allegations, performance concerns, grievances, disciplinary actions, policy violations, and terminations.
Strong capability to conduct impartial and thorough investigations, assess risk, develop recommendations, and communicate outcomes effectively to leaders, employees, and key stakeholders.
Trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on complex people matters, organizational effectiveness, performance management, and employee risk mitigation strategies.
Experience leading organizational change initiatives, restructures, consultation processes, and workforce transitions while ensuring compliance with applicable employment legislation.
Strong stakeholder management, influencing, coaching, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate competing priorities and drive balanced outcomes.
Ability to leverage workforce analytics, employee insights, and HR data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and proactively address organizational challenges.
Serve as the local subject matter expert on employment law, employee relations practices, workplace investigations, consultation obligations, and emerging labor market trends.
Partner closely with Legal, HR Centers of Excellence, and business leadership to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and consistent application of HR policies and practices.
Stay current with legislative changes and evolving employment regulations, translating legal requirements into practical business guidance and recommending appropriate actions to minimize organizational risk.
Highly resilient and comfortable operating in a dynamic, high-volume environment, managing multiple complex cases simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality, professionalism, and confidentiality.
