Teamware is hiring for Human Resources Assistant role
Location:Bangalore or Hyderabad
Experience:6months to 1years
Shift:9Pm to 6AM
Notice period - Immediate:
Conduct accurate triaging of issues from employees around HR Time and Attendance products.
Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot, and resolution of issues using existing knowledge base (KB).
Gather data through SQL to obtain all details required to resolve issues.
Achieve productivity, accuracy, resolution, and customer satisfaction goals.
Escalate urgent issues to partner technology/product teams and seek timely support.
Route complex issues to tech teams and partner with them to learn how to solve those independently.
Respond promptly to escalations from product, technology, and operations teams.
Deep Dive, Ownership, Bias for action
Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of human resources experience.
Experience analyzing data with SQL and databases.
Experience with HR processes and analyzing system data (Kronos, PeopleSoft)
Experience with process improvement and varied stakeholder management (tech and non-tech).
Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
Experience working with a globally distributed team model.
