Job Description
Education
Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint development and solution design.
SharePoint Developer certification is preferred.
Strong experience in SharePoint development.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs.
Technical Skills:
Development and design experience with C#, SQL, CSOM, and JSOM.
Good knowledge of SharePoint administration and service configuration.
Proficiency in writing PowerShell scripts.
Strong understanding of IIS, hosting, web application pools, and account permissions.
Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js is an advantage.
Functional Skills:
Experience in the banking, financial services, or fintech industry within an enterprise environment is preferred.
Strong understanding of coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards and best practices.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Ability to ensure the quality of technical and application architectures and system designs across the organization.
Ability to research and benchmark technologies against industry-leading solutions.
Soft Skills:
Ability to influence multiple teams on technical decisions and improve their productivity and effectiveness by sharing knowledge and experience.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently.
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across the organization.
