Role Description The User Experience Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, efficient, and engaging digital experiences for Avenir Tech’s products and solutions. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gurugram and involves close collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting user research, translating insights into user flows and wireframes, creating prototypes, and refining visual design elements. The User Experience Designer will also participate in design reviews, iterate on feedback, ensure consistency with design standards, and support usability testing to continuously improve product experiences.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Design Thinking and User Experience (UX) to frame problems, define user journeys, and create user-centered solutions.
Experience with User Research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather and interpret user insights.
Proficiency in Visual Design and Prototyping to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished interface designs.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate design decisions clearly, and incorporate feedback constructively.
Hands-on experience with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar).
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Understanding of responsive design, accessibility principles, and basic front-end capabilities is an advantage.
Prior experience working on enterprise software, SaaS products, or automation solutions is beneficial.
