We’re looking for a Business Analyst who loves understanding users, analysing problems, and turning ideas into clear, testable requirements.
What You’ll Do
• Work closely with engineering, product, and design to ensure alignment on goals, scope, and context
• Translate user journeys, requirements, and product ideas into well-defined user stories
• Write clear stories and thorough testable acceptance criteria
• Facilitate refinement sessions, break down large problems into small deliverables, and remove ambiguity
• Support teams by clarifying intent, logic, boundaries, and expected results
• Contribute to the product roadmap and prioritisation over time as you grow your career with us.
Who we’re looking for
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst working within an Agile delivery team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you think in systems, not isolated tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and basic workflow diagrams
• Ability to challenge assumptions, ask thoughtful questions, and bring clarity to ambiguous situations
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar tools
• A proactive, curious mindset — you care about understanding the “why”, not just the “what”

• Experience or familiarly with FinTech or wealth management software solutions
