FRACTIONAL PE OPERATING PARTNERS WANTED

ValueFabric is expanding its network of experienced PE Operating Partners to support implementations across private-equity portfolio companies.
We are looking for senior fractional Operating Partners who understand one thing very well:
VALUE CREATION DOES NOT STOP AT THE PLAN.
It happens inside the portfolio company.
Together with ValueFabric executives and specialists, you will help PE firms and portfolio leadership teams turn Operating Intelligence into real execution and measurable outcomes.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You may work across one or multiple portfolio companies to:
advise PE Operating Partners, CEOs, CFOs and COOs
identify and prioritise value-creation interventions
help implement ValueFabric solutions inside portfolio companies
support management through execution
identify capability, capacity, process and governance gaps
connect actions to EBITDA, cash, working capital, margin and operational outcomes
work alongside ValueFabric executives and specialist partners

You have significant experience in PE-backed businesses and ideally have worked as:

Interim / Fractional COO

Transformation Executive
You know how to move from boardroom discussion to execution inside the company.
You are comfortable working with investors, boards, CEOs, CFOs, COOs and functional leadership teams.
And you understand that technology and AI alone do not create value. EXECUTION DOES.
THE MODEL
This is a fractional / independent partner role.
You remain independent while working with ValueFabric on selected PE and portfolio-company engagements where your experience fits the company, industry and intervention.
