Company Description Navam Intellitech builds Intellishala, an AI-powered school platform designed for CBSE classrooms in Grades 9–12. The platform provides an integrated environment for teaching, assessment, and tracking learning, with features such as an NCERT-grounded AI tutor, searchable question bank, and automated test creation and scoring. Intellishala streamlines homework management and offers dedicated teacher and student portals aligned with real classroom workflows rather than administrative dashboards. It also delivers class analytics and report cards that help schools identify and address learning gaps within the term. Intellishala is already live in CBSE classrooms and is actively onboarding additional schools, contributing to innovation in AI-driven education.
Role Description
This is a full-time Frontend Developer role remote in India. You'll be the frontend hire at an early-stage company, working directly with the founder, and you'll handle frontend for the Intellishala web portal.
Day to day, you'll turn Figma designs into accurate, responsive and accessible UI; refine existing workflows based on feedback from teachers using the product in their classrooms; build and maintain the marketing site; and help design and build the mobile app from early on. You'll ship in small pull requests, and help write the frontend documentation as the codebase grows.
Qualifications
1–3 years of hands-on experience building production UIs with React and TypeScript
Comfortable with Next.js (App Router) and Tailwind CSS
Experience with React Native or Expo, or the drive to learn it quickly
Able to implement Figma designs precisely, including responsive layouts and accessibility basics
Working knowledge of Git, pull requests and code review
Comfortable consuming REST APIs; familiarity with Supabase or Prisma is a plus
Able to work independently, communicate clearly in writing, and flag problems early
A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (a strong portfolio counts)
Experience in ed-tech, or publishing an app on the Play Store or App Store, is a plus
Compensation: ₹6–10 LPA
