Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Delhi, India. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design drawings, and producing detailed construction documentation for a range of project types. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clients and consultants, participating in design reviews, and ensuring that designs meet functional requirements, building codes, and sustainability goals. The role involves collaborating with project teams to manage design milestones, overseeing integration of architectural elements with structural and MEP disciplines, and supporting site coordination during execution. The Architect will also contribute to material selection, design presentations, and continuous improvement of design standards and practices.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design.
Understanding of Integration between architectural design and related disciplines (structural, MEP, interiors), ensuring cohesive project outcomes.
Familiarity with Software Development concepts as they relate to architectural tools or workflows (e.g., parametric design, BIM customization) is an advantage.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or eligibility is preferred.
Strong visual communication, technical drawing, and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
