Team Lead

Key Responsibilities
a) Lead overall project planning, implementation, quality assurance and timely delivery of project outputs.
b) Coordinate with GIZ, government departments, partners, community representatives and other stakeholders.
c) Lead the technical design of the assignment, including tools, reports and key deliverables.
d) Manage, guide and coordinate the project team, ensuring effective communication and smooth field operations.
e) Coordinate assessment, planning and field activities with state and district teams.
f) Provide technical guidance and backstopping support to assessment and planning teams.
g) Establish monitoring systems to assess project impact on community commons, agriculture, livelihoods and household economic well-being.
h) Oversee data collection, analysis and preparation of regular progress and technical reports.
i) Ensure timely submission of reports and deliverables as per project requirements.
j) Coordinate field visits and facilitate expert inputs for effective project implementation.
Qualification
a) Postgraduate with professional experience in Rural Development/ Agriculture / Forestry / NRM and other related subjects.
b) C2-level language proficiency in English and C2-level language proficiency in Hindi.
c) At least 10 years of professional experience on Natural Resource Management. Work experience with MGNREGS will be an added advantage.
d) 7 years in monitoring and evaluation, planning and project management, policy advocacy at the state level.
e) 5 years of Experience of working 5 years of management/leadership experience as project team leader or manager in a company/NGO
f) 5 years of experience at national & regional level. Experience in working with the development agencies and managing the rural development projects/programme in Bihar and Rajasthan would be an asset.
g) One year of experience in DC projects.
