Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pharmaceutical Sales role based in Chandigarh, India. The role involves promoting and selling Janus Biotech’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals within an assigned territory. Day-to-day tasks include conducting regular customer visits, presenting product information, managing inquiries, and maintaining strong professional relationships. The role also requires planning and executing territory business plans, tracking sales performance, and reporting market feedback and competitive activity. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely supply, effective marketing support, and adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with healthcare professionals.
Candidates should possess Pharmaceutical Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet targets and drive product adoption.
Candidates should possess Account Management and Business Planning skills to manage key accounts and develop territory growth strategies.
Candidates should ideally have knowledge of pharmaceutical products, therapeutic areas, and basic medical terminology.
Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and customer-focused mindset.
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
Candidates should be comfortable working on-site, traveling within the territory, and using digital tools for reporting and communication.
Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is preferred but motivated early-career professionals may also be considered.
