Operations Analyst

Location: Mumbai | Experience: 0–3 Years | Type: Full-Time
Reporting: Directly to Top Management
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Operations Analyst to support day-to-day business operations, sales, marketing, and coordination activities while working directly with top management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily operational and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with customers, dealers, vendors, sales, and factory teams.
- Manage orders, quotations, follow-ups, dispatches, and documentation.
- Support marketing, social media, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Maintain Excel/Google Sheets, ERP data and MIS reports.
- Assist top management with business coordination, reporting, and process improvement.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and other business-related activities.
Requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
