Quantity Surveyor / BOQ & Billing Engineer
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQ, quantity take-off & detailed estimates.
Prepare client RA bills, subcontractor bills & measurement sheets.
Conduct site measurements and verify quantities.
Prepare rate analysis and market rate comparisons.
Track project quantities, variations and costs.
Read and interpret civil/structural drawings.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants and procurement team.
Maintain billing, BOQ and project cost records in MS Excel.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000/month based on experience.
