Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Email Marketing Specialist role based in Gurgaon. The Email Marketing Specialist will design, build, and execute email campaigns to support experiential marketing initiatives, client promotions, and lead-generation efforts. Daily responsibilities include managing email lists, segmenting audiences, creating and optimizing email content and templates, and setting up automated workflows in email marketing platforms. The role involves monitoring campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, and generating reports to support data-driven decisions. The specialist will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to align email messaging with overall brand strategy and ensure timely, accurate campaign delivery.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Email Marketing Software skills, including experience with popular email platforms and CRM integrations.
Candidates should possess Marketing Automation skills to design workflows, nurture campaigns, and trigger-based communications.
Candidates should possess Marketing Analytics skills to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns based on measurable outcomes.
Candidates should possess Communication skills to craft clear, engaging copy and collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills to drive subscriber growth, convert contacts into qualified leads, and support sales objectives.
Additional beneficial qualifications include understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, knowledge of A/B testing, basic HTML for email formatting, and familiarity with data privacy and anti-spam regulations.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, along with prior experience in email or digital marketing, is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, manage deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced agency environment is essential.
