Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media role based in Connaught Place. The role involves planning and executing social media strategies across platforms, including content calendars, campaigns, and community engagement. Daily responsibilities include creating and publishing social media posts, managing brand pages, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends and competitor activity. The role also includes collaborating with marketing and design teams to align content with brand guidelines, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, including experience with major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, including basic understanding of campaigns, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey brand messaging clearly and consistently.
Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) and familiarity with hashtag, influencer, and community-building strategies.
Prior experience in health, fitness, or wellness brands and a genuine interest in healthy, plant-based lifestyles are preferred.
Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is advantageous.
