We are looking for exceptional AI/ML Engineers who want to solve hard problems and build world-class AI products at scale.
Responsibilities:
Design, train, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
Build and optimize ASR, NLP, LLM, voice AI, and multimodal AI systems.
Develop scalable AI pipelines for training, inference, monitoring, and evaluation.
Work on model compression, quantization, distillation, and edge deployment.
Improve model accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency.
Build data pipelines, labeling workflows, and evaluation frameworks.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to translate business needs into AI solutions.
Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, speech technology, and machine learning.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or related field.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
Experience with machine learning, deep learning, NLP, speech processing, or computer vision.
Strong understanding of model architectures, optimization techniques, and evaluation methodologies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience building production-grade AI systems.
Experience with LLMs, RAG, agents, ASR, TTS, diarization, or voice AI.
Contributions to research publications, patents, open-source projects, or AI competitions.
Experience with CUDA, ONNX, Triton, model serving, or edge deployment.
