We're Hiring | Gemini AssureAI Engineer | Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune (Hybrid)
We are looking for hands-on AssureAI Engineers to join our Governance Control Tower and own the Trustworthiness pillar for Gemini-based agents.
Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days from office)
Type: Full-time
Experience: 5 12 years
Notice Period- Immediate to 20 Days
What You'll Do
Build & maintain evaluation datasets for AssureAI's 19 Trustworthiness checks
Run bias, toxicity, red-team & explainability (SHAP/LIME) suites
Configure CI/CD threshold gates so failing checks block releases
Package audit evidence for CSG review-board submissions
Track dataset coverage & close gaps as agent scope expands
What We're Looking For
5 8 years in QA/Test Engineering for ML or GenAI systems
Hands-on with eval frameworks (DeepEval, Ragas, Promptfoo)
Knowledge of bias/fairness testing, SHAP/LIME & red-teaming
Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001
Proficient in Python + CI/CD (Cloud Build, GitHub Actions)
Nice To Have
Gemini Enterprise / ADK agents experience
RAG evaluation (faithfulness, hallucination, context precision/recall)
Audit/compliance exposure (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
