Urgent Hiring | Desktop Support Engineer
Preemptive Technofield Pvt. Ltd. is hiring 2 Desktop Support Engineers for a client-site role in Noida.
Experience: 0–6 Months
Location: Noida – Client Site
Openings: 2
Role: Desktop Support Engineer
Work Mode: On-site
Key Responsibilities:
Basic desktop/laptop hardware & software troubleshooting
Windows installation, configuration & support
MS Office/Outlook and peripheral troubleshooting
Basic LAN/network connectivity support
Printer and other IT peripheral support
End-user technical assistance and issue resolution
Maintain support records and coordinate for escalations
Requirements:
3–6 months of hands-on IT/Desktop Support experience
Basic knowledge of Windows, hardware & networking
Good communication and troubleshooting skills
Willingness to work at the client site in Noida
