Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Intern role based in Kochi. The intern will support the digital marketing team in executing campaigns across channels such as social media, search, and content marketing. Daily tasks may include assisting with campaign planning, monitoring performance metrics, conducting basic market and competitor research, and helping create or coordinate digital content. The role also involves collaborating with designers, writers, and account managers, maintaining project documentation, and participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions. The intern will gain hands-on experience with digital tools and platforms while contributing to real client projects.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track campaign performance, and derive actionable insights.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members, present ideas clearly, and write basic marketing copy.
Candidates should possess foundational Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing skills to understand key channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
Candidates should possess basic Project Management skills to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and support campaign execution.
Interest in creative problem-solving and staying updated on digital marketing trends.
Comfort working with common digital tools (e.g., social media platforms, spreadsheets, presentation tools; experience with analytics tools is a plus).
Relevant academic background in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Kochi, maintain a learning mindset, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
