📢 We’re Hiring | Operations Head
We are looking for an experienced Operations Head to lead and streamline the day-to-day operations of our PR agency.
📍 Location: Noida
💼 Experience: 5–6+ years of experience in a PR agency is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee day-to-day agency operations
Coordinate across PR, media relations, client servicing, and internal teams
Ensure smooth workflow, timely delivery, and quality of work
Manage team performance, productivity, and internal processes
Monitor client deliverables, deadlines, and campaign execution
Develop and improve operational systems and processes
Coordinate with senior management on business and operational requirements
Handle team allocation, workload planning, and resource management
Ensure effective communication between teams and management
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 5–6+ years of experience in a PR agency
✔️ Strong understanding of PR agency operations and workflows
✔️ Excellent team management and coordination skills
✔️ Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
✔️ Ability to manage multiple teams, clients, and deadlines
✔️ Strong ownership and leadership skills
