Technical Recruiter – Niche Tech Hiring
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in niche technology hiring. The role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to stakeholder coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for niche and specialized technology roles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, Boolean and X-Ray search.
Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience and role fit.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring stakeholders throughout the process.
Manage multiple positions and ensure timely closures.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and hiring reports.
Support offer negotiation and successful onboarding.
