Job Description – Digital Marketing Executive
Experience: 1-2 Years
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
● Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO, including keyword research, titles, descriptions,
tags, and video optimization.
● Expertise in YouTube Analytics and channel performance tracking.
● Ability to develop strategies to improve views, reach, watch time, engagement, and
subscribers.
● Good understanding of thumbnail strategy, including what makes thumbnails engaging
and clickable.
● Experience in content strategy, trending topics, and competitor analysis.
● Understanding of social media and digital marketing strategies.
● Ability to monitor channel performance and provide data-driven recommendations for
growth.
● Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
● Relevant experience in YouTube channel management, digital marketing, or content
growth is preferred.
