Creative Specialist

My Value Trip (MVT) is a Surat-based Travel Management Company, established in 2015 and backed by the travel experience of Shree Rani Sati Group since 2003. MVT provides complete travel services such as flights, hotels, holidays, visas, travel insurance, and corporate travel management. With a team of experienced travel professionals, MVT focuses on making travel simple, reliable, and well-managed, combining technology with personalised support to give customers a better travel experience.
We're looking for a Creative Specialist who can understand a brand, think strategically, research deeply, and create visuals that communicate with purpose.
What You'll Do:
✅ Understand our brand, audience, and communication goals before creating any design.
✅ Research industry trends, competitors, and creative inspirations to develop impactful concepts.
✅ Create engaging social media creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, advertisements, and marketing materials.
✅ Bring ideas to life with strong visual storytelling and attention to detail.
✅ Explain the thought process and strategy behind your designs.
✅ Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
✅ Collaborate with marketing and business teams to create meaningful campaigns.
What We're Looking For:
✔️ Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
✔️ Understanding of branding, typography, color psychology, and visual communication.
✔️ Ability to research, conceptualize, and create designs with purpose.
✔️ Creative mindset backed by strategic thinking.
✔️ Someone who asks "Why are we creating this?" before "How should it look?"
