We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to handle customer queries and provide excellent support through calls, messages, and emails.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp/messages, and emails
Resolve customer complaints and provide suitable solutions
Assist customers with orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, and delivery issues
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic knowledge of eyewear
Ability to handle customers professionally
Strong problem-solving skills
Patient and polite attitude
Customer support experience will be preferred
