Your Role Will Include:
• Helping with transfer pricing and tax reports like Form 3CEB and other compliance documents.
• Supporting work on international tax and FEMA matters, including foreign transactions and
regulations.
• Preparing and reviewing drafts, submissions, and documents for tax and legal cases.
• Doing research and analysis for company deals, restructuring, and global tax issues.
• Talking to clients to understand their needs and help find the right solutions.
• Keeping up with new tax rules and helping improve processes within the team.
Desired Qualifications:
▪ Aspiring CA / CS / ACCA / MBA (Finance) / LLB / Interns (Pursuing relevant qualifications) from a
recognized institute
▪ Knowledge of Transfer Pricing and International Tax is preferred.
