Role Description The Technical-Founder Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, working closely with the founding team to drive the technical vision and execution of Aaizel’s cybersecurity products. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating on product architecture and roadmap, contributing to core platform development, and validating technical approaches for scalable, secure systems. The role involves researching emerging cybersecurity and AI trends, supporting proof-of-concept builds, and assisting in translating customer and market feedback into technical requirements. The Technical-Founder Associate will partner with business and product stakeholders to prepare technical documentation, assist in demos and pilot deployments, and help establish engineering best practices and processes.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in software engineering, including experience with modern programming languages, APIs, and distributed systems.
Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts such as vulnerability assessment, threat intelligence, external attack surface management, and secure coding practices.
Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization, and DevOps practices for scalable, resilient infrastructure.
Exposure to data analytics or AI/ML techniques, especially for security analytics, risk scoring, or anomaly detection.
Ability to conduct technical research, evaluate tools and frameworks, and translate findings into practical product improvements.
Experience preparing technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and supporting materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Comfort working in an early-stage, fast-paced environment with a collaborative, founder-level mindset and ownership of outcomes.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong problem-solving skills, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or deep-tech startups is an advantage.
