Role Description The Creative Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing visual assets for animations, videos, and digital campaigns across multiple platforms. Day-to-day work includes creating graphics and layouts, developing brand-aligned visual concepts, collaborating with animators and video editors, and preparing design assets for production. The role involves interpreting creative briefs, iterating on feedback, and maintaining consistency in visual identity across projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, media production environment.
Qualifications
Strong creative design skills with experience in Graphic Design and Graphics for digital and video projects.
Ability to develop and apply Branding concepts across various media and campaigns.
Proficiency in Web Design and digital interface design, with an eye for visual hierarchy and user experience.
Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar).
Portfolio demonstrating original creative work in animation, video, or digital media.
Excellent visual communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Relevant degree or certification in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
