Role Description This remote Graphic Designer Intern role is a contract position focused on supporting design needs across digital products and brand assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating graphics for web and mobile interfaces, marketing materials, and social media content, as well as assisting in logo design and visual branding initiatives. The intern will collaborate with designers and developers to translate requirements into clear, consistent visual concepts and iterate on feedback from project stakeholders. Additional tasks may include preparing design files for production, maintaining brand guidelines, and contributing creative ideas to improve the overall visual identity of Wow Codes and its clients.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Graphic Design and the creation of digital graphics for web, mobile, and marketing materials.
Experience or coursework in Logo Design and Branding to support cohesive visual identities for products and companies.
Understanding of Typography and its application in layouts, user interfaces, and marketing assets.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or similar).
Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to follow brand guidelines.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and respond constructively to feedback.
Ongoing studies or recent completion of a program in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
