Senior Account Executive

Role Description
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST compliance, TDS, accounting operations, and financial documentation, along with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and expense accounting.
Handle GST-related activities, including preparation of GST workings, reconciliation of input tax credit, and coordination for GST returns and compliance.
Manage TDS-related work, including TDS calculations, deductions, payment coordination, and quarterly return preparation and reconciliation.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal departments as required.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and statutory compliance.
Support senior management with financial analysis and other accounting-related requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
Hands-on experience in GST workings, GST reconciliation, and GST compliance.
Practical knowledge of TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filing.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or other ERP systems.
Experience in bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.
