Role Description
The Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory management, and coordination with the production and online teams. This role involves leading and training store staff, ensuring high standards of customer service, and maintaining a welcoming, brand-aligned store environment.
The Store Manager will manage sales targets, track performance, handle customer inquiries and escalations, and support in-store events or promotions. The role also includes monitoring product quality, coordinating quality checks/repairs as needed, and providing feedback to design and manufacturing teams to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in diamond jewelry product and an understanding of pricing ind detail.
Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, including client engagement, relationship-building, and after-sales support.
Candidates should possess knowledge of basic jewelry finishing standards to ensure product quality on the sales floor.
Candidates should possess training and team leadership skills to coach staff, conduct product and service trainings, and maintain performance standards.
Relevant experience in retail store management, preferably in jewelry, luxury, or fashion, is highly beneficial.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Comfort with digital tools, CRM, POS systems, and coordination with online sales or e-commerce channels.
A diploma or degree in retail management, business, fashion, or a related field is an advantage.
