Role Description The Senior Technical Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles, including requirement intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad, working closely with hiring managers, technical leaders, and HR to define role specifications and deliver timely hiring outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, creating and posting job descriptions, conducting detailed candidate assessments, coordinating interview panels, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment data, advising stakeholders on market trends, and mentoring junior recruiters to support overall team performance.
Eligibility:
Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting.
2-4 yrs proven expertise in Technical Recruiting and Hiring.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders.
Experience managing multiple requisitions, prioritizing demands, and working with tight timelines.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), professional networking platforms, and advanced sourcing tools.
Ability to evaluate technical profiles, understand role-specific requirements, and present qualified shortlists.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with hiring managers and influence recruitment decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; prior experience in a recruiter role is highly preferred.
