Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik, responsible for daily oversight of project activities and workforce coordination. The role includes monitoring work progress, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications, and enforcing safety and quality standards on site. The Site Supervisor will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, handle basic documentation such as work logs and status reports, and help resolve operational issues as they arise. This position also involves tracking materials and equipment usage, verifying that timelines and budgets are followed, and escalating risks or delays to stakeholders. The role suits individuals who are comfortable working in the field, making decisions in real time, and maintaining clear communication with diverse teams.
Qualifications
Diploma / Degree Holders.
Ability to oversee day-to-day site operations, including workforce coordination, task assignment, and progress monitoring.
Experience in enforcing safety protocols and quality standards, with a solid understanding of relevant regulations or best practices.
Competence in basic project documentation, such as maintaining site logs, preparing status updates, and supporting schedule and budget tracking.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues early and implement practical solutions on the ground.
Previous experience in construction, civil works, facilities, or related site-based roles is highly beneficial.
Ability to work full time on-site in Nashik and adapt to changing project needs and timelines.
Relevant technical diploma, trade certification, or degree in construction, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred but not always required depending on experience.
