Senior Lead - Integrated Management System (IMS)

Join us as a Senior Lead - Integrated Management System (IMS) and play a key role in integrating, harmonizing, and continuously improving KK Group's Enterprise Management System worldwide. From supporting acquisitions of new companies to driving global QHSE initiatives, you'll help transform standards into business value while collaborating with colleagues across multiple countries.
This is a specialist role that combines Integrated Management Systems, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, and QHSE.
This role can be based in Szczecin or performed remotely, and we encourage applications from both local and remote candidates.
Your responsibilities
Drive the integration, harmonization, and continual improvement of KK Group's Enterprise Management System, with a strong focus on QHSE.
Lead management system integration activities for new companies, including gap assessments, integration roadmaps and documentation harmonization.
Drive global cross-functional management system improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness and ensure compliance with ISO requirements.
Coordinate the assessment and implementation of revised ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
Facilitate diagnostics, workshops, root cause analysis, solution design, pilot implementation, and effectiveness reviews.
Support Global Auditors Community activities, including audit and post-audit improvement initiatives, while acting as a trusted advisor on integrated management systems
What you bring
Strong practical knowledge of ISO 9001 and solid knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Proven experience in management system improvement, implementation, and harmonization.
Experience with acquisitions, company or site integrations, or global process deployment.
Hands-on auditing experience within ISO-based management systems, including audit planning, execution and follow-up.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving organizational change.
Strong proficiency in process improvement methodologies, root cause analysis, and CAPA.
Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to build alignment across functions and geographies.
Ability to define KPIs, evaluate performance, and communicate measurable business value.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic approach.
Comfortable working in an international environment and collaborating across organizational levels.
Business-fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.
Familiarity with Business Process Management (BPM) and Microsoft 365 tools will be considered an advantage.
Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in QHSE management systems within an international or multi-site environment.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in quality management, Engineering, Environmental Management, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
Internal Auditor qualification and practical audit experience are required. Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or Integrated Management Systems (IMS) is strongly preferred.
Valid driving license (Category B).
